Q: How many hours of power supply can my SunSage power system deliver on a typical day?

A: 24/7. We guide our clients in selecting the solution most suitable for their power needs with an eye on future growth.

Q: What payment options are available?

A: Our solutions are priced to be affordable, flexible and convenient. Clients can either make a one-time purchase or opt for a payment plan ranging from 3-12 months. To opt-in for a payment plan. Kindly checkout with the invoice option and send an email to hello@sunsagelimited.com to request a payment plan.

Q: How long between my (first) payment and installation?

A: On confirmation of full payment, installation will happen with 7 days for Lagos orders only. Out of Lagos orders will be completed within 14 days.

Q: Can I fast-track the completion of my payment plan?

A: Absolutely! Pay the desired amount and your payment status and balance is immediately updated upon confirmation. All transactions are documented via e-invoices sent to your email.

Q: Do your products have warranty?

A: All our products but solar panels come with 24 months warranty. Solar panels come with 12 years performance warranty.

Q: What happens when my warranty expires?

A: Our team of experts are available to provide maintenance services as you may require. Maintenance fees apply and are determined by your requested scope of work.

A: Absolutely. Please use the feedback form to provide the relocation details. The relocation fee will depend on the distance of relocation (fee covers dismantling, transportation and reassembly at the destination)
